Anxious About Attending?

We're autistic too, we get it!

We understand that  going to new places and attending groups can be a source of anxiety for autistic people.

We can arrange for you to visit us when the building is empty and we can meet you outside before your session if you'd like.

We are happy to answer any questions prior to coming to a group.

If there is something specific that will help, please ask. We will try our best to support everyone.
